A 5-Star Review That Made My Day
Running a small handcrafted business is about far more than simply making products. Every chopping board, serving board, coaster and personalised gift that leaves my workshop represents hours of careful craftsmanship, attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with wood. That's why receiving a thoughtful review from a customer is always incredibly rewarding.
Recently, I had the pleasure of creating a personalised set of engraved wooden coasters alongside a handcrafted serving board for Jenna from The Cregan Residence. After receiving her order, she left an amazing 5-star Google review that truly made my day.
One of my favourite parts of her review was:
"The craftsmanship is exceptional. You can see the time, skill and attention to detail that has gone into every single piece."
Hearing that a customer appreciates not just the finished product, but also the care and craftsmanship behind it, is exactly why I love what I do.
Jenna also mentioned how much she loved the personalised engraving and how the pieces had become a special addition to her home. Personalisation is something I really enjoy offering because it transforms a beautiful wooden product into something completely unique for the customer.
As a small business based in Ireland, every order means a great deal. Reviews like this help other people buy with confidence and allow me to continue creating handcrafted wooden products for homes across Ireland and the UK.
To Jenna, thank you once again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. I'm delighted that you love your personalised coasters and serving board, and I hope they bring many years of enjoyment.
