At Taylor Wood Crafts, every item is handcrafted with care using natural timber. As wood is a natural material, each piece has its own unique grain, colour and character, making every product one of a kind.

Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, slight variations in grain pattern, colour, knots, figure and resin are part of the natural beauty of the material and are not considered defects. No two pieces of timber are ever identical, making every item truly unique.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return standard (non-personalised) items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised & Custom Orders

As personalised, engraved and custom-made products are created specifically for you, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective or we have made an error with your order.

Please double-check all spelling, dates and personalisation details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number together with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
