All of our products are handcrafted using natural timber. As wood is a natural material, variations in grain, colour, knots, figure and resin are to be expected. These natural characteristics make every item unique and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately display our products and colours; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud is suspected, payment cannot be processed, or an item becomes unavailable.

Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all engraving text, names, dates and personalisation details are correct before submitting an order.

As personalised and custom-made items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

While we take every care to ensure prices are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatching an order.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify's approved payment providers. Taylor Wood Crafts does not store your payment card details.
