Epoxy resin serving board

And it's finally here! Whoop-Whoop! My 1st epoxy resin board, courtesy of Craft Resin 😊🙏✨️.

As this was my 1st resin project, there was a bit of a learning curve on how to correctly mix the resins. With a few attempts behind me, I managed to figure out the mixing technique and produce this stunning finish.

I believe the technique used on this board is called a 'flood pour', and it's exactly what it sounds like. You mix up a batch of resin and pour it over your work piece. This board has 2 floods on it to help balance out any height variation that you will get within the wood grain. But this little bit of extra work is well worth it!

This board would be best used as a serving board, as I dont think the resin would hold up well if it was used as a chopping board. Plus, you wouldn't want to scratch the stunning surface.
